Construction department
The department is charged with managing new requests for building permits in accordance with the communal and cantonal ruling on constructions

Departmental activities:

  • Advise applicants or owners of building regulations
  • Analyse requests for building permits
  • Carrying out public inquiries
  • Ensure the monitoring of ongoing cases
  • Deliver municipal building permits
  • Monitor the compliance of permitted project implementation
  • Draw up habitation or usage permits

Study the requests for housing aid and municipal subsidies for :

  1. Roof and facade repairs
  2. Home renovation
  3. The building of a primary residence
  4. Purchahse of a house or apartment designated as a primary residence

Buildings department:
The department is charged with building planning in accordance with the evolution of the needs of the local society.

The department is responsible for the upkeep and management of the built heritage of the municipality and bourgeoisie. It conceives, coordinates and represents the site manager during the construction of new municipal buildings.

The department manages the hiring of rooms for events. The list of available rooms and those responsible for reservations can be  consulted via this link or sent via post by contacting the municipal administration on 027 777 11 00.
